The menu balances house renditions of the pan-Asian classics that Indians know and love, exotic dishes tinged with the flavor of lemongrass, chilies, lime, and mint, and new favorites created in our own kitchen and inspired by Indian, Chinese, Thai, Malaysian, and Japanese specialties.

Making way for a hearty meal, Sahibaan Restaurant first Established in the 1991, The restaurant was named Sahibaan by Mr.Nasir Khan as a dedication to reminisce the hospitality of his beloved wife Mrs.Saiqa Khan (Fitness Professional & Restaurateur)

In a city bookmarked by top chain of restaurants, Sahibaan stands as one, amongst the exceptional few, who have distinguished its food and service by demonstrating deeper understanding of Indian and Chinese culture and sensibilities which came to life in the year 1991 which was invisioned by Mr.Nasir Khan. Sahibaan became one of the most established chain of restaurants as various culinary knowledge was collected from around the world and brought to one by Mr.Nasir Khan.

Joined the family business at a young age of 18 and acquired his culinary knowledge from ECOLE HOTELIER LAVASA, Mr.Shams Khan envisioned even higher greatness for the Brand and executed his ides for a better future for Sahibaan.

After learning and mastering the culinary world from IHM Mumbai and Kokane's Kohinoor Institute, Mr.Tabrez Khan leaned towards the family business with his great and innovative ideas for the brand which made SAHIBAAN grow even further.
 

Sahibaan has two branches viz. Bandra and Colaba. The branch at Colaba works under the registered FSSAI license name ALEXANDRA STORES & RESTAURANT
